When my Belle was having explosive, watery diarehha, the only thing that firmed up her stools was a product called Essex Cottage Farms:Gastro Formula. They specialize in diets for colitis, cancer, etc.
Essex has several products (mixers) that you can mix with hamburger and bake or feed raw. They've got grainless mixers, called Urban Wolf or ones with Grain.
Within 24 hours the water poop was solid like a tootsie roll. I would order a small bag of this on-line and give it a try. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised.
