CA families~ you're in our thoughts

I would just like to send out positive thoughts and prayers to the families who are involved in or affected by the fires in California! We hope that all are safe!!!!!!!!!!!! We're thinking of you!!!!

It’s pretty crazy out here! San Diego has gotten the worst of it though. It seems everyone is affected one way or another. We have a cabin in Running Springs where 100+ homes have burned but no word if ours is one of them. DH is a cop in a city that is not currently burning but they are pulling guys from his department to go protect the evacuated neighborhoods from looting (people are disgusting). And the Boxer Rescue that I volunteer for boards dogs at an animal sanctuary that was right in the middle of a huge fire that was started by arson. The poor family that lives there had to evacuate numerous dogs, cats, & other animals. It took all day to find out that they were fine (thank god) and their house hasn’t burned (yet).

I hope all my fellow boxerword Californians are surviving this tragedy.

What a mess our world is in. It just does not stop, always some disaster whether it is natural occurrences or man made.

We are OK here. We are about 30 minutes away from the fires in Santa Clarita. Luckily (for us) the winds have been blowing the smoke away from us.

MY DH flew LAX to Texas today & said that when they flew over San Diego he could see nothing but smoke. It is just awful.

Our thought & prayers are with the many families that have been evacuated or have lost their homes.
