My 6 year old son Christian and I were having a foot race today outside in the field. Well, unknowing to me, my Chief decided he wanted to participate at the last minute. And he's a cheater!! when I took off, Chief FULL ON tackled me and took me down! Knocked my feet out from under me and I literally bounced off the grass!!

It hurt, but was hilarious! If we had this on video, I could send this in to America's Funniest Home Videos!

Just thought I would share my funny story with you guys!! LOL

Maybe the next time you and your son decide to race each other, you might first think about strapping on a set of pads. It sounds to me like Chief has been watching just a bit too much football, and there should have been a tripping penalty called.

This happened to me once too, I was in work at the time and had brought tyson along with me (keeping him out the back out of sight!) took him for a walk/run in the open spaces around the job during a break and of course got tackled by him, worst part was could see him heading STRAIGHT for me stepped aside to avoid getting hit but he cottoned on and barrelled straight for me sending me flying. The little rotter then has the cheek to stand over me dripping drool looking at me as if to say "that was fun, get up and we will do it again!"

I am really sore today! I think Chief knew he hurt me yesterday, he kept licking my leg last night! My sweet boy :)

I agree..next time prep yourself with some elbow and knee pads and have someone record your next run or should I say....fall !!!
