Hey!! I have a boxer(Rocky) that is almost 7 months old and when he was 6mos old, he weighed 55 pounds. Now, knowing what we know about the breed's weight specifications, our boys have to have something in them. My husband saw your boy's pics and thought Boxer/American Bulldog mix as well(Hoggersmama). I think my boy has mastiff possibilities(he has a cousin-not blood but sil's dog is a mastiff and Rock favors him). Your baby is adorable whatever he is or isn't:)

Your friend's boxer/pit mix is exactly what our first dog Petey looked like as a pup!! He was a great dog and his boxer traits inspired us to get a boxer after he was gone.:)

I don't know, but the second picture (full body shot) looks like pit mix in my opinion, but either way, he is adorable! :)

I'm thinking pit too which is probably why we got him from a private rescue as opposed to the humane society as they put any pit or pit mix down. He's already 60 lbs @ 6 1/2 months though. Isn't that a little big for a boxer/pit?
