1 1/2 tsp. Celery salt
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. hot sauce

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the patties and place them on grill or into a hot skillet. Cook 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Celery-Tomato Topping

2 Celery Ribs (finely chopped)
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
4 springs fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

mmmm I love this idea. I wonder if you can add any vodka to the tomato and celery dressing to give it a real bloody mary feel? Some chilli and coriander (cilantro) would go really well too. I'll definitely be trying this soon.

As soon as I saw this one I copies and sent to my best friend who just happens to be a caterer, she loves new recipes. And I think we may have to try it at our house for a cookout with some close friends very soon.

Sounds terrific! Thanks for sharing. :)
