We have had Keeta for a week now, she is only 8 weeks old today so its normal and I know pups bite and the reason behind it.
When she bites I have tried ouch/yelp, no and redirecting her. Nothing seems to get her attention. Like when I reach down to move her from biting my pants leg she bites my hands, arms, and tries for I think my nose...

There is no overnight fix, so you just have to keep it up, even when you think it's not working. Here is a great article on teaching bite inhibition - this is a great time to use her mouthiness to your advantage.
