Does anyone know of any events (Bash or charity events) in the Massachusetts/Rhode Island area.
We just went to one this past weekend for a friend who rescued a Golden and we were the only Boxer there. Of course, we knew it was for Golden's but thought the idea was a great one. They had a parade of all Golden's rescued within the past year and the Golden and their new owners walked them around the 'ring' and everyone was updated on how they have done in the past year.
You could start the day with a three mile walk, which was great, as the weather was wonderful. Some of the days events were paw readings, bobing for hotdogs, canine good citizen, best tail wag etc............
