For a 'real' survivor show go to: www.bbc.co.uk/castaway2000 and watch how 30 people are surviving on an island off the coast of Scotland - no TV, no elimination of members, no money to be won... just plain survival and all that entails... very interesting!

CBC Newsworld is airing the first TV show at the moment - started on Sept.4 and will run to Sept.11 and we're addicted all over again! My husband wishes he could be there!

Gillian thanks for the post! My husband and I are actually going through "Survivor Withdrawals" since it ended recently. We were watching BBC the other night and noticed a commercial for this new Survivor show - we can't wait, it should be fun! :D

Hi Gillian, I'm trying to remember to watch it each evening, the trouble is getting everything finished in time to get downstairs at 7pm.So far it is very interesting, the tests they are given. I wouldn't last five minutes!
