Another female fawn Boxer is in the Hutchinson Kansas Humane Society. She looks around 1 to 3 years old and she has already had pups once. No collar. She will be held until Sat. to give the owner time to claim her and then she will be up for adoption. If you have more questions about her, you can also PM me. Boxers are coming out of the woodwork around this town.

OK Who is it on here that is getting the fawn female Boxer???
We went to the Hutchinson Humane Society to check on this Boxer girl and they said that they had gotten so many calls on her that they had to pick the best winner!!!! HOORAY! They said that the person getting her was from Wichita Kansas and had said that she read about this Boxer on the internet. They said that the person was having her spayed and then picking her up from the vet.
That's one of the problems with this Humane Society they don't have the money to have the animals spayed and neutered before they leave the facility. They still use the honor system and you get some money back when you bring in proof of spay. It's archaic. So who ever is getting her, we would all love to know who you are, please post when she is home safe with you.

I'm glad to hear that she is getting a home. I've noticed a lot of boxers lately on petfinder around my area (Mo,Ks). There are a couple of boxers at one local shelter that are older and need to go together. I do hope they can find a home for them. It's harder to find homes for older ones but even harder I'm sure for keeping them together. Again, I'm glad this gal found a home.

We do have some volunteers in Hutchinson that work directly with the shelter/humane society and will call me if things don't work out for any boxer that ends up there. Hutchinson, Wichita, Newton, El Dorado and Emporia (not to mention Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan & Ottawa) are normally very good about letting us know and always giving us a chance before any boxer is euth'd. Thanks for helping watch out for them tho..
