Allergy Question--Need Advise!

First off I just want to thank everyone so much for the Christmas Cards they were GREAT and also a BIG thanks from NIKITA she loved the pics. of the boXers(specially the males hahah). Anyhow lately I been noticing that everytime I am close to Nikita and she lays her head on me(bare skin) I start to itch really bad and then I get little white bumps from itchin so much,now I never had ANY allergies with any kind of animal but with her everytime she touches my bare skin it really starts to itch etc, anyone have any input on this subject by chance?

My next door neighbor lady told me the same thing. She's not allergic to dogs, but she said when she pets Maggie or Maggie licks her, she breaks out in little white itchy bumps. Perhaps it is something in the saliva which irritates your skin.

Wish I had an answer for you. Perhaps a call to your dermatologist? Keep us posted.
